Master personality tests in the recruitment process

Using personality tests in recruitments is drastically increasing. When you are in a recruitment process, it's very likely that you will run into some sort of personality test. The JU Career Center are offering this course in how to master the personality tests.

In this class, Andreas Tallian, psychologist and consultant at Aon Assessment Sweden, is going to talk about how personality tests are created and designed. What is the purpose of personality tests? How do companies use the results? Can you have the “wrong” personality for a job? During the lecture we will dive deep into personality tests, their purpose and the science behind them.
