Want to try Swedish crayfish?

Are you curious about Swedish food traditions? Have you heard about the Swedish way of eating crayfish but never tried it? Now you have the chance!

Jönköping University Enterprise (JUE) welcomes all Jönköping University’s students and staff to a tasting of crayfish. The tasting will be held outdoors at the square of Jönköping Campus from 12:00-12:45 on Monday, 26 September.

The presenter is Carl Johan Odenhammar, who will give you a short historical introduction to the tradition.

The event is free of charge.
