Are you having a hard time dealing with your thoughts and emotions? Do you sometimes feel stuck? Trouble concentrating on your studies and maintaining healthy relationships? Then you should join the course Do What Matters with the Student Health Care!

In this course you will acquire workable skills and tools to cope with difficult thoughts and emotions, so you can more easily concentrate on your studies

and maintain healthy relationships. You will learn to set realistic goals and take action based on what is really important to you.

When and where

The course starts on 10 October at 16:00-18:00

The course runs for six Tuesday afternoons: 10 October, 17 October, 24 October, 31 October, 7 November, 14 November.

Location: in House K.

The group will consist of maximum 8 participants.
