IT Helpdesk

Accommodation office

10-14 June, Monday and Thursday, drop-in 11:30-12:30.

17 June - 2 August, closed for visitors. Contact the Accommodation Office via the case management system http://accoservice.ju.se

5-9 August, Monday-Thursday, drop-in 11:30-12:30.

12-16 August, Monday drop-in 11:30-12:30. Thursday - Sunday is pick up from 13:00-20:00 for international students.

19-23 August, Monday-Friday drop-in 11:30-12:30. Saturday and Sunday is pick up from 10:00-15:00 for Pathway students.

International Office

Available online all summer through the case management system but the service is limited. Our drop-in is closed between 14 June and 14 August.

Available via studievagledning@ju.se. Limited service during the summer.

System support

• May be longer response times during summer.
• The scheduling has limited staffing 24 June - 7 August. New cases are handled via the case management system. Closed 8 July - 19 July.

Admissions

The Admissions office is less staffed during the summer and longer response times may occur.

Exam Administration

The Exam Administration will not be available during weeks 30, 31 and 32, meaning 22 July - 11 August.

Study Administration

The Study Administration will not be available during weeks 28, 29 and 30, meaning 8 July - 28 July.

Career Center

The Career Center is closed from 19 June and reopens on 19 August.

Student Health Care

Student Health Care will closed between 19 June and 14 August.

The office is open Mondays-Fridays all summer, 10:00-12:00.

Students' House, House D

Level 0 is closed from 6 June and opens again on 12 August.

Level 2 is closed throughout July. Open in June and August.

Restaurants and cafes

Café Dallucci, University Library: closes on 5 June and plans to open 19 August. OPen for catering throughout the summer. Closed weeks 28-31.

Café Arken, School of Education and Communication: closes 13 June and opens middle of August.

Taste of Beirut, JIBS: closes 22 June and opens 12 August.

Rio, The Student House: closes 6 June and opens 12 August.

School of Health and Welfare: closing 30 June and opens 12 August.
