Access to Scopus AI

JU users had access to the new Scopus AI service on trial for a period of time in 2024. As the library has received many positive comments about the service, we have now signed an agreement for access throughout 2025.

Scopus AI is an AI-driven tool that helps you explore an academic subject. It is based on natural language use, which means that keywords and Boolean operators are unnecessary. You can ask your question in English or any other language, though the answer will always be delivered in English.

The result is based on the abstracts of the Scopus database and is provided as a summary with references used to create it.

Join a presentation on Zoom

If you would like an overview of Scopus AI, you are welcome to attend a 60-minute presentation for JU staff on 27 March at 10:00. Please register here. A representative from Scopus will give the presentation and demonstrate how the tool can be used for information retrieval and what features are included.
