30 minutes for your well-being
Studenthälsa.se is a national portal for all students in Sweden and their health. They are now launching a digital lecture series that gives you tools to create balance in your student life—in the midst of your studies and everyday life.
On Thursdays, students are invited to attend a series of half-hour lectures on topics such as balance in student life, mental health, and tips for studying. The lectures are online on Zoom and take place between 12:15 and 12:45 p.m., after which there is an opportunity to ask the lecturer questions.
