During the autumn, work will continue with reviewing and correcting questions and answers, using the data that is aggregated from the users. Already during the first week, more than 100 people have asked questions to the chatbot.
Next year, the results of the project will be evaluated to see if a chatbot is something that will continue to be used, if the questions should be expanded and if it can also be useful in other departments within University Services.
The existing chatbot is based on the platform offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). During the autumn, Microsoft’s solution will also be evaluated.
