Before Arrival

Make sure you announce your arrival to the Accommodation Office before 15 December to confirm your application. In order to be guaranteed accommodation you must announce your arrival by the deadline.

JU User Account

After admission, you were given instructions on how to activate a JU user account to access the invoice system. Note: This user account is a temporary account before registration.

 

JU Student Account & Registration

About one week before the start of studies, you will receive more information by email from JU about activating your JU student account and registration. Follow these instructions carefully and complete the registration before you arrive.

You need a JU card to access premises on campus and your accommodation, borrow books from the University Library, access printers, get student discounts, etc. You should order your JU card when activating your account. More information can be found at ju.se/ju-card.


JU Card Routine for Pathway Students

  • You will receive your temporary access card to Campus Gränna at the Pick-up service.
  • You will receive an email at your student mail informing you when the JU-card is ready for pick-up.
  • On 14 January at 9:30 you will together with your class mates and staff, visit Service Center to pick up your JU-card. IMPORTANT! Make sure to bring your temporary access card and passport in order to receive your JU-card!

JU Mobile allows you to access your schedule through the app as well as book rooms, register for exams, see your study results, view the news, etc. You can download it on the App Store External link, opens in new window., or Google Play External link, opens in new window..

The Student Web is your resource for finding schedules, academic calendar, course syllabuses, etc.

Academic Calendar with important dates

Students with disabilities have the right to equal possibilities to conduct academic studies as students without disabilities. Introduction Week

As a student you need an account to pay for printouts/copies. To pay for your printouts you need a PayPal account or a credit card (i.e. Visa/Mastercard. Maestro are not accepted). Visit IT's Printing page Opens in new window. to learn more.

The Student Union is a great resource for students – they influence the quality of education, arrange activities and trips, carry out various projects, and much more. The Student Union is located in the Students’ House on the Jönköping Campus.

 

At JU, it is compulsory for all students to become members of Jönköping Student Union. The student union fee is included in the Pathway tuition and your membership will be activated shortly after roll call. If you need help with general study related questions, certificates, directions, etc. There are staff at the Service Center (main campus, Jönköping) who can help guide you.
