Welcome to the Doctoral Dissertation Defence of Ayesha Manzoor

Ayesha Manzoor will defend her doctoral thesis in Business Administration at a public defence on Tuesday, 4th of March 2025 at 1.15 pm in B1014 at JIBS.
The title of Ayesha’s thesis is  “The Journey from Resentment to Reconciliation: Exploring Brand Hate in Airline Critical Incidents”
