 House K | Last registration date for the Course in Mindfulness!Learn to be fully present and alive in the moment! Develop skills that will enhance your ability to cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life! When practicing mindfulness, you will increase your attention span and your ability to concentrate on what is important to you. It will also help you cope with stress in a more helpful way. 
 The course will run for four Monday afternoons: 15 September, 22 September, 29 September, 13 October 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm. All four sessions are mandatory.
