Agata Rukat

Agata works as an Improvement Leader at Qulturum, Region Jönköping’s development unit, with a focus on leadership development. Since February 2026, she has been a doctoral student at Jönköping Academy, where she is conducting an interactive research project focusing on leadership networks in public organizations.

In her research, she examines whether, and if so how, leadership networks can serve as arenas for interaction and help bridge the gap between policy and practice. Agata aims, through her research, to contribute to a deeper understanding of how leadership networks can be integrated and used more strategically in organizational management and development work.

She holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Poland and a Master of Science in Economics from Jönköping University.
