Universitetslektor i integrerad produkt- och produktionsutveckling vid JTH

Mina främsta arbetsintressen är simulering av systemdynamik i komplexa problem. Har jobbat med VGR för att påvisa vinster med en mer proaktiv vård som ska resultera i färre vårddygn i specialistvården. Samt fordonsindustri inom underhållsutveckling. 

Jobbar nu i projekt med företag som vill koordinera sin produkt- och produktionsutveklingsprocess, där vi har en duktig doktorand. Koppling mot sjukvården genom att studera Innovationssystemet för ett sjukhus i ett mindre projekt.


Alla system har reaktiva konsekvenser och möjliga insatser för att reducera konsekvenskostnader hos det nuvarande systembeteendet. Är ni i en ständigt utvecklande process eller brottas ni med brandsläckning?
För att identifiera detta behövs en process av problemstrukturering och modellering av varför nuvarande beteende är. Det genererar samtidigt en pedagogisk kommunikation för att skapa samsyn och bättre information inför beslut om förbättring på helhetsnivå. Sista steget är simulering för att utvärdera konsekvenser av olika strategier för att uppnå bäst hävstångseffekt, så att synsättet på kostnader kan vändas till investeringar som med tiden genererar en lägre totalkostnad.
