Margareta Adolfsson

Filosofie Doktor, Ph.D.

Margareta Adolfsson, som disputerade 2011, är docent emeritus i handikappvetenskap med anslutning till forskargruppen CHILD vid Högskolan Jönköping och Institutet för HandikappVetenskap (IHV). Tidigare arbetade hon som sjukgymnast inom barnhabilitering och utvecklingsledare inom Habiliteringen i Dalarna.  

Margaretas forskning har i stor utsträckning fokuserat på barns delaktighet i vardagliga situationer samt användbarheten av WHO’s Internationella klassifikation av funktionstillstånd, funktionshinder och hälsa, barn och ungdomsversionen, ICF-CY. Hon har under många år medverkat vid prövning, utveckling och översättning av klassifikationen. Användbarheten avser praktisk nytta för barn och ungdomar liksom också hur begrepp och bedömningsfaktorer kan göras användarvänliga och användbara i både praktik och forskning.
