<p>Co-Lab is an international network consisting of researchers mainly from the US and various countries in Europe. You are warmly welcome to attend when Jönköping Academy doctoral student Esther Lim presents her research in this context.</p><p><strong>Talk Title: </strong>The Process of Change in Introducing Coproduction - the Case of the ESTHER Network in Singapore</p><p><strong>Description:</strong> Organisational change is often driven by strategy, structure, and leadership. Yet beneath these mechanisms lie the cultural and relational foundations that shape how change is understood and sustained. Using an insider action research approach, the study investigates how managers, practitioners, and service users make sense of and negotiate coproduction in their daily work. Drawing on interviews, focus groups, observations, document analysis, and survey data, the research captures how change unfolds at structural and relational levels. The talk explores these foundations through the introduction of coproduction—specifically the ESTHER Network—within Singapore’s public healthcare system. </p><p><strong>Bio: </strong>Esther Lim is the chief allied health professional in Singapore General Hospital, SingHealth. Trained in social work and family and marital therapy, she also holds a Master of Science in Evidence-Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford. Since 2016, she has championed ESTHER Network in Singapore. Her professional and research interests include leadership development, organisational learning, and system change. He has had a close and long-standing collaboration with Jönköping University, where he has been a key figure in the development of the bachelor's programme in lighting design and lighting technology – a programme that is unique in its kind both nationally and internationally.</p><p>As a former student and member of the programme's industry council, Björkman has contributed both practical expertise and strategic development. Through lectures, research collaborations and an active partnership between Fagerhult and JU, he has promoted knowledge exchange and inspired the lighting designers of the future.
