Kursinnehåll

The course takes a holistic view of the supply chain and the competition between supply chains. The main themes of the course are:

• integration and Power of Supply Chains and Inter-organizational Collaboration,
• strategic Alliances Development,
• inter-Organizational learning in Supply Chain Management,
• supply chain strategy and change,
• performance measurement in Supply Chains,
• procurement in supply chains.

Förkunskapskrav

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (i.e the equivalent of 180 credits at an accredited university) including Advanced Supply Chain Management 1, 7.5 credits
