The goals at School of Health and Welfare
Goals - Education:
We create a culture of lifelong learning where our alumni are not only prepared for the challenges they face immediately after graduation, but are also equipped to deal with changes and innovations that will affect their professional lives in the long term.

We are shaping a pioneering research culture where collaboration within integrated health and welfare drives knowledge and creates value for individuals, academia, and society.

We encourage every student and employee at HHJ to develop global competence and intercultural confidence through inclusive and responsible internationalization.

We strive for organizational sustainability and cultural development by equipping students, doctoral students, and employees with hope for the future and strengthening the individual's ability to work strategically and trust-based.

We strengthen HHJ's identity and collaboration with our partners by developing and promoting innovative methods that contribute to positive social development. This is achieved through strong collaboration within JU and with civil society, as well as through active dialogue and co-creation between different actors.
