Chetna is presenting the research titled as "Investigating the algorithmic transparency within organizations through upper echelons perspective".
Drawing on Upper Echelons Theory, this study examines how top management team (TMT) characteristics shape firms’ adoption of algorithmic transparency and service ethics in competitive contexts.
