Cancel your exchange

If for some reason you need to cancel your exchange, you must inform both the international office and the accommodation office.

Please contact the international office via our case management system: Purple button to the right "Contact International Office", choose case type “incoming”.

You will also need to cancel your accommodation by sending an e-mail to the accommodation office at accommodation@ju.se Please be aware that if the cancellation is too close to the start of the semester and you have already applied for accommodation through JU and registered your arrival, you may still need to pay a cancellation fee (up to 3 months rent) for the accommodation.

Open hours during Summer holidays:

We will be available via the Case system all summer, but as there are limited staff working during the summer, an answer may take longer than normal.

Drop-in will open again on Thursday 15 August, online drop-in at 11.30 - 12.30.
