1. payment: 70% of the entire scholarship at the beginning of the internship

2. payment: 30% of the entire scholarship after the internship.

Process

After the internship, you need to do the following:

  • upload your signed Traineeship Certificate
  • submit the EU survey (it will automatically be sent to your JU email a couple of days after your internship ended)

Once you have uploaded your Traineeship Certificate, Jönköping University will make the second payment (30% of the entire scholarship).
Please note that it can take up to two weeks before the money has been transferred to your bank account.

Good to know: No second instalment will be made without a signed Learning Agreement and a signed Traineeship Certificate.
