Forskning

Min forskning fokuserar på hur människor, organisationer och samhällen kan utveckla hållbara arbetssätt som främjar hälsa, välbefinnande, lärande och kvalitet. Jag intresserar mig särskilt för ledarskap, organisatoriskt lärande, kvalitetsförbättring, kulturell mångfald samt hur policyer och förändringar omsätts i praktiken. Forskningen bedrivs ofta i nära samverkan med verksamheter inom vård, omsorg och utbildning, med målet att utveckla kunskap som är både vetenskapligt relevant och praktiskt användbar.

För närvarande leder eller medverkar jag i följande forskningsprojekt:

IN:CHANGE – Learning-based Change Leadership in Thriving Workplaces (finansierat av KK-stiftelsen) undersöker hur organisationer kan utveckla förmågan att hantera kontinuerlig förändring genom lärande, samverkan och hållbart ledarskap. Projektet syftar till att utveckla ny kunskap om hur individer, grupper och organisationer kan lära sig och utvecklas tillsammans i en tid präglad av osäkerhet, digitalisering och komplexa förändringar. 

Äldre personers och personals upplevelser av meningsfulla aktiviteter i multikulturella äldreboenden (finansierat av Aktiestinsens stipendiefond) undersöker hur äldre personer respektive omsorgspersonal uppfattar meningsfulla aktiviteter i äldreomsorgen. Särskilt fokus riktas mot den kulturella mångfalden inom äldreomsorgen och hur olika erfarenheter, språk och kulturella referensramar kan påverka synen på vad som skapar en meningsfull vardag för äldre personer. Projektets mål är att bidra till en mer personcentrerad och inkluderande äldreomsorg. 

Mobilfri skola (finansierat av Crafoordska stiftelsen) studerar de organisatoriska och professionella villkoren för att implementera mobilförbud i skolan. Projektet undersöker hur lärare, skolledare och elevhälsopersonal påverkas av reformen samt vilka organisatoriska förutsättningar som krävs för att skapa en hållbar arbetsmiljö och en fungerande implementering av mobilfria skolmiljöer. 

Tillsammans bidrar projekten till en ökad förståelse för hur människor och organisationer kan hantera förändring, skapa hållbara arbets- och livsmiljöer samt utveckla verksamheter som bättre möter individers behov.

Biografi

Jag är både företagsekonom och hälsovetare. Hon disputerade 2020 vid Lunds Universitet inom ämnet hälsovetenskap med inriktning omvårdnad. Min avhandling handlar om personer som upprepade gånger uppsöker psykiatrisk akutmottagning. Min tidigare forskning fokuserade huvudsakligen på hälsa och psykisk ohälsa bland olika yrkesgrupper.   

Idag bedriver jag forskning inom ledarskap, kvalitetsförbättring, organisationsutveckling, kulturell mångfald, hälso- och sjukvård, äldreomsorg och utbildning. Genom min tvärvetenskapliga bakgrund i företagsekonomi och hälsovetenskap intresserar jag mig för hur individer, grupper och organisationer kan utveckla hållbara arbetssätt och skapa långsiktiga förbättringar i komplexa verksamheter.
