Agresso outside JU's network

VPN and the address ehant.hj.se is now required for loggin in to Agresso outside JU's network.

After an update of Agresso, there were problems with logging in via the library's proxy, which is why that option has now been shut down. To be able to log into Agresso outside JU's network, it is now necessary to first connect via VPN (read more on IT Helpdesk's website about how to connect with VPN) and then use the address ehant.hj.se.
