End of Life: macOS 12 Monterey
Support Ending November 30, 2024
We're phasing out support for macOS 12 Monterey and will remove software support for computers still running it after November 30, 2024.
What's happening?
With this year's release of macOS 15, macOS 12 Monterey will no longer receive security updates after November 2024. As a result, we will end support of this version on November 30, 2024.
What do I need to do?
For us to continue providing support for your Mac after November 30, 2024, please select one of the options listed below:
- Upgrade your mac to a supported version

Removing support, what does it mean?
If you do not upgrade to a supported OS, software support will be removed automatically as of December 1, 2024. Unsupported computers limit our ability to help you:
- Your computer will not receive security patches or functionality updates.
- Your Mac will no longer get automatic updates for FileWave managed services.
- Our Onsite and Support desk teams will no longer troubleshoot software and operating system issues on your Mac.
Expect macOS Ventura support to end in late 2025
With Apple's expected release of a new macOS version next year, Ventura will be the third oldest version and will cease to be supported next year. When this occurs, we will stop providing software support for all computers running macOS 13 Ventura on November 30, 2025.
