Adobe has a new license that require a log in to use the applications. When the Adobe application is started a log in window will appear, first click on Sign in with an Adobe Enterprise ID and then log in with your JU account (e-mail address and password). This also applies to both staff and student computers.

License issue

If you have problems with your license, you can try to log out and then log back in to Creative Cloud. Click on the circle in the upper right corner and select Sign out.
