As a participant in this course you will be provided with a variety of practical tools and strategies so you can:
- Flexibly relate to what shows up in you and do more of what is really important to you.
- You will learn to set realistic goals in different life areas based on your values.
- You will learn to concentrate more efficiently on your studies.
This course will make you pivot towards a more rich and meaningful life. We will do a lot of experiential exercises together. The theortical frame work for this course is ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
Course starts on March 14th, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The course will run for sex Tuesday afternoons:
March 14, March 21, March 28, April 4, April 18 and April 25.
Location: in House K.

The group will consist of maximum 8 participants.
