This course is based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
As a participant in this course you will be provided with a variety of practical tools and strategies so you can:
- Flexibly relate to what shows up in you and do more of what is really important to you.
- You will learn to set realistic goals in different life areas based on your values.
- You will learn to concentrate more efficiently on your studies.
This course can make you pivot towards a more desirable life.

The course will run for sex consecutive Tuesday afternoons.
