Digital distribution

Information about scanning of exams and handling of personal data.

When your paper-based exam has been graded, it will be scanned and distributed to you digitally.

When your exam is scanned, your personal identity number is registered in a database together with the course code, module code and exam date, in order to make sure that the exam will be distributed to the right person. Jönköping University adheres to the Personal Data Act in its handling of your personal data. Only teachers and exam administrators have access to the data.

Exams are stored digitally for two years. When they are deleted, your personal data is also deleted from the database.
