At the School of Engineering you have several opportunities for exchange studies. You can go abroad and do your industrial placement course or final project work combined with academic courses or go abroad and only study academic courses.

Opportunities

Exchange International Campus

If you apply within International Campus you do your internship (industrial placement course) or final project work at an assigned company abroad, in combination with academic studies at a close by partner university. The School of Engineering has International Campus partnerships in Thailand, Brazil, Mexico, the United States and Vietnam.

International Campus is not yet open to all programmes at the School of Engineering. Please read under the heading "Your programme" on the left hand side of the menu to find out about the available options abroad for your specific programme.

Traditional Exchange

The School of Engineering has 90 partner universities in 28 countries where you can go and study full-time academic courses within our Traditional Exchange.

Before, during and after your exchange

An exchange semester is a fantastic possibility to build a network with students and companies around the world. Under each step following "Exchange International Campus" or "Traditional Exchange" in the left hand menu, you can find all the information you need before, during and after your exchange.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am-3pm, Josefine Andersson is available in room E4132 at the School of Engineering.

The rest of the week, Josefine Andersson's room, K2025, is located on the 2nd floor of House K. If you would like to meet her in person in House K, please email or call her in advance.

International Office

You are welcome to drop in between 12-2pm Monday to Friday at Service Center.

You are welcome to pre-book meetings with anyone at the International Office. Send the request to the Case Management System. We are located on the 2nd floor of House K.
