Programme Outlines and Overviews
Master Thesis in Business Administration 15 credits
Course content
This course enables you to integrate and apply insights from your studies through a concentrated research project in business administration. Serving as the final stage of your one-year programme, the thesis is your opportunity to demonstrate autonomy, critical thinking, and the capacity to address contemporary challenges relevant to both academia and practice.
You will develop and implement a research project that links conceptual frameworks with empirical evidence. You will learn to define research problems, select and apply appropriate methods, and reflect on the ethical and practical dimensions of your work. You will receive systematic supervision and engage in collaborative learning through peer review seminars, acting as an opponent and presenting your work in a concluding public seminar.
Upon completion, you will be able to independently manage a rigorous research process under time constraints. You will show competence in working with theory, defending methodological decisions, and presenting results effectively. This prepares you for advanced professional roles or further academic study where analytical precision and strategic thinking are essential.
