Team Collaboration in Changing Organisations 7.5 credits
Course content
- theoretical perspectives and models concerning teamwork and collaboration within and between professions and organisations,
- the role of the service user/patient in collaboration,
- team leadership, professional and multi-professional teamwork in terms of role, identity and power,
- team development and team collaboration within and between various organisations,
- current research on teamwork in organisations,
- future challenges for teamwork in organisations.
Entry requirements
The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) within health and caring sciences, behavioural science, social work, or educational sciences (or the equivalent).
