Annika Engström is Professor of Work Organization at the School of Engineering, Jönköping University. Annika Engström’s research centres on a core question: how to lead and organize for learning in organizations, particularly in the context of change. Her work encompasses organizational learning in socio-technical work processes, managerial work, meeting effectiveness and the challenges of digital transformation.
