An internal Strategy Group advises the Dean. In addition to the Leadership Team, members of the Strategy Group are the Discipline Leaders, Centre Directors, President of the JIBS Student Association (JSA), and Director of Quality and Accreditation.

JIBS Strategy Group has an advisory function and its mandate is to:

  • Support the Dean in realising JIBS' strategy, i.e. following up on its implementation and proposing implementation methods.
  • Bring up issues perceived as of importance by colleagues
  • Bring essential information back to the members' respective constituencies
  • Participate in the recurring reviews of long-term goals and strategic priorities
  • Advise LT regarding the annual Action Plan
  • Advise LT regarding the budget
