Nailing ceremony for Rashid Mansoor

The official ceremony during which doctoral student Rashid Mansoor literally nails his doctoral thesis to the wall of JIBS takes place on Thursday 7 November at 1.15 p.m. on the 2nd floor in the entrance hall. Everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony!

This is an old ceremony that means that the thesis is official and no changes may be made. The thesis will be the 92nd doctoral thesis at JIBS since the doctoral programme started in 1995.

Rashid Mansoor, who is a doctoral student in Statistics, will defend his doctoral thesis on Friday 29 November at 10 a.m. in B1014. The thesis is entitled Assessing Distributional Properties of High Dimensional Data .
