I applied last year- must I send in a new application?

If you applied online for a Master's programme last term through universityadmissions.se (and submitted a complete application package) it is sufficient to send only new and relevant documentation for the programme(s) you are applying for now. All new documents must be accompanied by a cover sheet. In order to match your new application with last year's qualifications, you will have to log in with the user account you created before with universityadmissions.se.
