Nailing ceremony for Berit Hartmann

Doctoral student Berit Hartmann nails her thesis to the wall on Wednesday December 18.

The official ceremony during which doctoral student Berit Hartmann literally nails her doctoral thesis in business administration to the wall, takes place on Wednesday 18 December at 1.15 p.m. on the 2nd floor in the entrance hall at JIBS. Everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony!

This is an old ceremony that means that the thesis is official and no changes may be made. The thesis will be number 94 of doctoral theses at JIBS since the doctoral programme started in 1995.

Berit Hartmann will defend her doctoral thesis on Friday 17 January at 10 a.m. in B1014.  The thesis is entitled Bridging the GAAP? IFRS in accounting practice .
