Documents to be signed

If you need any documents signed by us for your home university such as Learning Agreements, Certificate of Arrival etc, these are usually signed during the introduction week.

***For students eligible for the Erasmus scholarship through their home university, it is always the last date of an official activity on campus (not including re-exams) that should be used as the end date in your documentation, not the official end of the semester date. For the autumn semester, for most students this will be sometime in December, and for the spring semester this will usually be in June.

There will be a document signing session during the introduction week to sign Certificates of Arrival. It is compulsory for these documents to be signed physically on JU campus. Please print a copy of the document prior to your arrival. If an earlier signature is required by your home university for your Learning Agreement, you are welcome to contact us via our case management system by clicking the "Contact International Office" button to the right of the page and choose case type “Incoming”.

It is your responsibility to fill in the information requested on the documents before you submit them to us for signature.
