AI Literacy in Educational Settings 7,5 Credits

This course explores current theories and concepts related to AI and AI Literacy in learning contexts and research, with the aim to problematize affordances and limitations with AI tools. Engagement with digital data at the workplace and/or in education form the ground for exploring possibilities and risks with AI. How may AI be conceptualized and implemented in future education?

Course Contents

• Theoretical and conceptual perspectives on AI in education
• Elements of AI – modules from an open online course
• Educational and research methods in relation to AI
• Data-driven educational practices

Prerequisites

A bachelor's degree (i.e., the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 credits in education or social science including independent work, i.e., a thesis or the equivalent. English proficiency is required.
