Master Thesis in Interventions in Childhood 15 Credits
The thesis course is part of an international, interdisciplinary program, which focusses on interventions for children in need of additional support for their development and everyday functioning. The thesis is conducted as a systematic literature review in an area of relevance. The literature review can later be the basis for an empirical study, in case the student choose to study on the two year master level.Course Contents

- Tools to compile and communicate scientific work
- Thesis work under supervision
- Presentation/defense and opposition of thesis
Prerequisites
The applicant must hold the minimum of a bachelor’s degree (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) within health and caring sciences, behavioural science, social work, or educational sciences, including independent, theoretical based work- i.e. a thesis or equivalent. Proof of English proficiency is required.Additional requirements are
- Completed the A1N course Introduction to Interventions in Childhood, 15 ECTS, or equivalent.
- Completed the A1F course Developmental Science and Intervention Processes, 15 ECTS, or equivalent.
- Completed or ongoing course A1N Theory of Science and Research methods, 15 ECTS, or equivalent.
