Fanny Arvidsson - Young Female Leader of the Year

The winner of the Young Female Leader of the Year award in Jönköping County was announced at Science Park Towers on 6 March. Among 142 nominees, the jury selected 20 finalists, and finally Fanny Arvidsson, Warehouse / logistics manager, Spobik, was announced as the winner of the award.

On 6 March, it was time for the Young Female Leader of the Year ceremony for the tenth year. Out of 142 nominated women under the age of 35, 20 women made it to the final, and during the ceremony at Science Park Towers in Jönköping, three winners were announced at the festive ceremony. The three categories were Young Female Leader of the Year, as well as Young Female Business Owner of the Year and Emerging Board Talent of the Year.

The winner of the title Young Female Leader of the Year was Fanny Arvidsson, Warehouse/logistics manager, Spobik. The Young Female Business Owner of the Year award went to Victoria Gynnerstedt, CEO, Black Bull Functional Fitness. Emerging Board Talent of the Year award went to Cajsa Persson, Project Management Officer, Infobric.

The Young Female Leader of the Year competition aims to highlight good role models who can inspire other women to become future leaders and to increase the proportion of women among the county's leaders, entrepreneurs and on company boards in Jönköping County.

“Jönköping University wants to be a pioneer in gender equality work, and we are happy to be part of the Young Female Leader of the Year. This event is an important platform to highlight the female leaders of the future. Although none of our alumni won this year, it is inspiring to see so many from Jönköping University being nominated and reaching far in the process,” says Måns Svensson, President of Jönköping University.

Jönköping University is involved in and supports the project Young Leading Woman of the Year, which is run by Science Park, the Chamber of Commerce and Region Jönköping County.
