Jönköping University offers, besides standard web pages, information in RSS format. RSS is a standard format and is used to show news headlines among other things. To read these you need a program which handles data in RSS format. There are several to choose from and many of them are free of charge.
The functions of the existing programs work in slightly different ways but are basically the same. You specify an RSS source from which the program then retrieves data. It also notifies you when there is any news. Using this you can quickly check for news in the RSS feeds we offer.
