Articles, interviews and news

In order to solve any link errors, follow the steps below:

  1. Press Publish and a window will appear with information about Quality control of the page/article.
  2. Press the arrow pointing down to see a list with warnings in order to get more (detailed) information!
    • Check if the head page of the site or article is published.
    • Check if the head page of the site or article doesn't consists any link errors, otherwise you must re-link one or several links on that page.
    • Check if the active page has no link errors ("page not found") no matter if there are internal or external links, otherwise you must re-link one or several links on that page.
  3. Press Publish again and hopefully the "quality control" is approved.
  4. Press Done in order to exit editor view.

 

Manage contactlists

In order to edit the contactlist, follow the steps below:

  1. Press the module called Contact information then a window will appear with all the settings for that specific module.
  2. On this step, you will be able to write the person's user-ID within the box.
  3. Continue fill in the contact information that you want to be visible on the webpage f.ks. name, title, e-mail, phone number and department.
  4. Press Publish.
  5. Press Done in order to exit editor view.

Tip! First check "personinfo" at ju.se in order to easiest find out a specific person's User-ID. The person must be working on JU.

 

Pictures

In order to add pictures in the body of copy, follow the steps below:

  1. Write all text as you want to have in the post until the first inserted picture.
  2. Press Photo (image module) in order to add a picture on the page. A new module only for pictures will be created and put under the text module (or another module, depending on latest added one).
  3. Press Text (text module) in order to add more text.
  4. Press Publish.
  5. Press Done in order to exit editor view.

Repeat step 2 and step 3 if you want to add more pictures and more text modules. Remember to re-orgnize between the modules, by click and drag, depending on where you want to place the picture on the page.

 

In order to publish a post with a linked text box or another object, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the "tree structure" to the left of the screen while editing a post.
  2. Mark one of the modules in the structures under Content.
  3. Right click --> Press Go to source page in order to edit the headpage - with other words the orgin page of the one you are currently editing.
    Observe! Don't make changes that are not suppose to be visible on BOTH the headpage and the active page since these are linked with each other.
  4. Press Publish.
  5. Press Done in order to exit editor view.


Link to pictures ("puffar") by a click, follow the steps below:

  1. Insert photo (image module) in the "tree structure" to the left of the screen while editing a post.
  2. Double click on the image in order to see all the settings of the image.
  3. Look on the top bar of the Settings --> Press Other.
  4. Click on Image interaction --> Press Link.
  5. Choose the destination of the link by filling in the wished web address.
  6. Press Publish.
  7. Press Done in order to exit editor view.
