JU takes over operation of campus in Gränna

Since Jönköping University Enterprise (JUE) began operating in Gränna with programmes for international students, Campus Gränna AB has been responsible for kitchen, cleaning, and janitorial services. In 2026, responsibility for operations at Jönköping University's (JU) campus in Gränna will be transferred to JU itself.

Some of the services will be outsourced and some will be provided by University Services at JU. The hope is that this will create synergy effects, reduce vulnerability within the various functions, and give JUE the opportunity to work more closely with the operations organization.

Campus Gränna AB is owned by Högskolefastigheter i Jönköping AB, which is largely owned by Jönköpings Rådhus AB.
