Opening hours during the summer

Several of the operations on campus have irregular opening hours during the summer. 

Service Center

Open for visitors 11 June to 10 August: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00 and 13 August to 17 August: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:00. Ordinary phone hours all summer. More information. External link, opens in new window.

Caretakers Office

Open 07:00 to 16:00 all through summer.

University Library

11 June – 17 August: open 10:00-16:00 Monday - Friday (closed 22 June)

Ordinary opening hours from 20 August.

The rest of the library building (study rooms, computer rooms) are open at all times, except for the study rooms at floor 3. During the nights and weekend you need a JU-card and access code to get in.

IT Helpdesk

25 June to 10 August: Phone hours Monday - Friday 09:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00. The service desk is closed. Report problems at all hours here.

Week 24: Reception in Service Center Monday to Thursday 13:00-14:00

Week 25 and 26: Closed, available via email and the Case Management System

Week 27 to 30: Closed, but we will read emails periodically.
