The University Library celebrates 25 years

During week 38 (19-23 September), the library celebrates 25 years with five lunch events in the JMW hall in the library. The anniversary week begins with an an opening ceremony and is then followed by lectures, an author visit, and musical entertainment.


All events will be held in Swedish.

In addition to the lunch events, there will be an exhibition about the library and how it has changed during the last 25 years. The exhibition is available in both Swedish and English.

Lecture with Charlotta Melander, Professor of Economics, about the fact that today more people are moving out of Stockholm than in. Where are they going and has the pandemic become the start of a new green wave?

The intelligence explosion

Lecture with Ulf Johansson, Professor of Computer Science, about AI yesterday, today and tomorrow.
