Welcome to Service Center

Service Center opened at Jönköping University Monday 9 January.

We have now opendes doors to Jönköping University's Service Center. From today, Monday, 9 January, you can visit Service Center in the middle of campus, in connection with building A.

Services that previously was found in different places on campus, are now gathered in the Service Center. Here, students, staff and visitors get assistance and answers to their questions, such as guidance, general study-related questions or course certificate, and much more. You also find the front desk of Jönköping University in the centre.

“It is positive that there is now a clear place for students to turn to get answers to their questions. Our hope is that the Service Center will make it easier for our students, and that it will further enhance the student's time here”, says Helena Zar Wallin, Managing Director of University Service at JU.

In addition to visiting the Service Center on campus, you can call or send your question through a contact form.

"It feels almost unreal that we have finally opened Service Center, but we are excited and are looking forward to seeing everyone who visits the center", says Madelene Hartwig, Operations Coordinator for Service Center.
